High & Dry January

High & Dry January · 5 January 2020
Fel sialens mis Ionawr yma ma few o'r 'ogia wedi penderfynu gwneud her 'High & Dry January' - Dim alcohol am fis a cheisio dringo'r 'elevation' mwyaf phosib drwy gerdded neu redeg.
Ar ôl trafod, rydym yn teimlo bod Tîm Achub Mynydd Llanberis yn achos ardderchog i godi arian at - Elusen sy'n cael ei redeg gan wirfoddolwyr sydd yn gweithio'n ofnadwy o galed i achub bywydau ar y mynyddoedd.
Rydym yn hynod ddiolchgar am unrhyw gyfraniad - At achos da!
Diolch a blwyddyn newydd dda.
As a challenge this January, a few of the boys have decided to take part in 'High & Dry January' - No alcohol for a month and attempt to climb the highest possible elevation through walking and running.
After discussing with each other, we feel that the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team would be an excellent cause to raise money for - A charity that is run by volunteers who work incredibly hard to save lives on the mountains.
We would be incredibly grateful for any donations - It's for a great cause!
Thanks and happy new year.
