As a domiciliary care company, we work with many clients who are living with Dementia, supporting them and their families to live independently for as long as possible in their own homes. This gives us an insight into not only the challenges of Dementia but also those wonderful moments of happiness and achievement. We felt that Elf Day would be a fitting way to celebrate those wonderful moments while fundraising to support the vital work and support the Alzheimer's Society does.
