Dear Friends and Colleagues

On Sunday 01 August together with sixteen fellow volunteer skydivers, I will be attempting a tandem parachute jump to raise funds for Age UK Norfolk - with my eyes firmly closed all the way down! 

The money I raise will go towards our Active Together service which provides both face to face and telephone support and contact to over one hundred isolated and housebound older people.  By sponsoring me you will be helping us to maintain this essential service to older people across Norfolk.
