I am pleased to be running the Great North Run again this year and looking forward to all the buzz of the day. I am especially excited knowing that Mo Farah is going to be running this year following his fantastic performance at the olympics - Go Mo!

My training is on track and I hope to match my time of 2010 or better. I am running with my training partner this year so we both have something to prove!
