Hello!

Yikes! I'm not quite sure why I thought it was a good idea to do this!  Sounded like fun at the time.... Anyway - fingers crossed it stops raining at some point, the traffic isn't too bad and that the practice walks in the Brecon Beacons (see photographic evidence, opposite) have done the trick! 

I am raising money for Lively Minds - a charity that a friend of mine has recently set up.  They help kids in Ghana and Uganda by setting up community-run play centres.
