Story

As part of our Social Action week at Hills Road Sixth Form College, we are going to raise money for CRDN by collectively travelling 300km as a group, by walking, running or cycling, over 3 days (Tuesday 8th June-Thursday 10th June). Please sponsor us!

CRDN provide activities to families living with rare disease to reduce isolation and offer peer support. They bring together groups involved with rare diseases to encourage collaboration and to improve the lives of those affected by rare disease. Educational events are also delivered byt CRDN, to address knowledge gaps and raise awareness.
