The Generous Hearts Fund provides eligible South Shore Health colleagues who are facing extraordinary challenges from short-term, unexpected, emergency circumstances with financial support. When an employee is experiencing a hardship, they can apply to the fund for assistance. The process is confidential and any awards received do not have to be paid back. 

During this time financial strain on many is ever present and support from co-workers and community members is important to sustain this fund.
