Story
I will be attempting the 100 miles in March challenge to raise money for WWF - a charity that I have donated to for many years. Their incredible work ensures that Asian ivory markets are closed, wildlife is protected, rainforests are restored and plastic stays out of our oceans. I will be mostly walking, cycling and running to accumulate the miles for this 31 day challenge and will also make a donation myself upon completion.
Hunting and habitat loss are forcing many species to extinction and it’s something that I strongly oppose and make efforts to support.
This will be a huge challenge for me, trying to fit the 100 miles in between work and injury, but I think it’s an incredible worthwhile cause and encourage anybody else who wishes to, to join in!
WWF is at the heart of global efforts to address the world’s most important environmental challenges: safeguarding the natural world, tackling climate change and enabling people to use only their fair share of natural resources. Together we can build a future where people and nature thrive.Your support is much appreciated.Find out more by visiting wwf.org.uk
