We at Hi Spec Lenses are planning a week of sporting activities to encourage and promote health and well-being for our staff to see the benefits. Certain members of our staff are taking on their own challenges, such as swimming the equivalent of the English Channel and also cycling the equivalent of London to Paris throughout the month.  

Throughout the week we will be raising money to tackle the biggest issues throughout the UK and Africa. We will also be raising money in other ways such as having a cake sale and also dressing up as your favourite sports personality on the 23rd March.
