Last year a few of us in work decided we need something to do to keep us fit and to burn off all the office buns so we started running at lunch time. Needless to say we all got hooked on the running and started signing up to 5k & 10k events to keep us motivated. We thought with all the running we are doing we should put it to good use and signed up for the Belfast Marathon Relay. We have chosen to run for BART charity and really appreciate any donations.
