I have decided to take part in Islamic Help’s Walk for Water Challenge!

This is a 5km walk where I will be carrying 5 litres of water!

There are millions of people that do not have access to clean, safe drinking water. They are forced to drink contaminated water filled with bacteria and toxins which leads to poor health. They are left with no other choice than to drink this water, as it is their only source. People including women and children have to travel daily to get a hold of this water, as it is not easily accessible.

With your donations, I am hoping to build a water hand pump to help bring safe clean drinking water to the community. Not only will this be used for drinking, but it will also be used for cooking, cleaning and even for wudhu.
