Walking the entire North Downs Way (153 miles) · 28 June 2021

We're a small charity with a big heart run by four directors & a team of volunteers .We provide hot food, clean clothes, showers, access to housing & health services to name a few. We give hope by guiding people to not just get off the streets but to stay off through extended support & education

Story

Myself and Sam are good friends and on a trip to Rotterdam once we said we would go back and do the three peaks. From there we got the bug and went on a few adventures in the Yorkshire Dales with our other friend Sid. By the way Sid it's not too late to come?! anyway then we started camping, then worked out it's easier to hammock in the woods. Then we worked out that we can just carry everything we need and could just walk forever lol

I have volunteered at Sutton Night watch over the years, which do an amazing job at helping local homeless and vulnerable people in the Sutton area. Lisa the director of the charity asked me if I would raise money when doing the walk and so that's what we are trying to do. All the money will go to helping homeless people get food, shelter, clothes and support. So please donate and help a very valuable local and independent charity who need support in these difficult times.

We will carry everything we need for the 3-4 (maybe 5 day) walk on our backs and will sleep in our hammocks in the forest with wool blankets. Please don't hold it against us if we get some fish and chips somewhere along the route!
