Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a registered charity offering services to support local patients diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. I did work experience at their day service where patients had the opportunity to participate in activities for their wellbeing. They also gave a huge amount of support for my tama (grandma) since her cancer diagnosis up until her very last moments. The hospice at home service meant that she was looked after in the comfort of our home, surrounded by her family. I miss my tama very much but it is comforting to know that the staff at Rennie Grove gave her the best care. I am so grateful for this amazing charity and appreciate the support from you all. xxx
