My name is Aimee-Leigh. I'm seven years old and I'm from Market Drayton, in Shropshire. 

I have epilepsy and some other medical conditions and I can't stand up or walk and I sometimes have seizures.  

I think my condition is getting worse and I feel sad a lot. I don't really want to play with my toys or go outside anymore.

To cheer me up my mum got me a place on Caudwell Children's holiday to Disney World, in Florida.

The holiday takes 25 very poorly children, like me, to Florida each year.

But I was really upset when my mum told me that the charity didn't have enough money to take us all to Disney World in the New Year. 

My brother and sister, Daniel and Autumn, were really looking forward to it as well.  

The holiday is very expensive because the charity takes a team of doctors and nurses to look after all the children. They also take  over 40 volunteers to help all the families around the theme parks.  

My mum says that it cost £12,000 for each family so she has decided to fundraise to help the charity get all the money that they need to take us on holiday.  

I always watch Disneyland on television and I would love to go there.

Mum says it's important to make some good memories as a family and she says it would be a dream come true to see us all enjoying ourselves together.
