My name is faith, I'm from Willenhall, in Walsall, and I'm seven years old. 

I was born with a lot of difficult medical conditions and I can't talk.

I have to go to the hospital a lot because I have problems with my heart, stomach, eyes, and hearing. I'm ill quite a lot.

To give me a break from my hospital visits my mum and dad applied for a place for me on Caudwell Children’s annual Destination Dreams holiday to Disney World, in Florida.

Caudwell Children is a national charity that gives lots of help to poorly children like me.

Every year they take 25 children on the holiday. Mum and dad were really happy when the charity chose me to go, but they now have to help raise some money for the trip as it's very expensive. 

Mum says that the charity take lots of doctors and nurses to look after all the children and that makes it very expensive.

Each family costs the charity £12,000 so all the mums and dads are asking their friends to help raise some money to help them.

I hope we get all the money we need because I'd really enjoy it. So would my little brother, Logan, who is nearly two.  

We did go to Disneyland in Paris, three years ago, but I was very poorly and had to spend most of the holiday in hospital.
