My name is Zoe and I'm eight years old. I live in Horsham and I have a poorly heart.

My skin is very itchy and sometimes I scratch myself so much that I bleed. 

The doctors are trying to make me better so I have to go to the hospital a lot. 

I have to have lots of needles which upsets me.

My mummy said I needed a break to give me a rest so she asked a charity called Caudwell Children, if they could take me to Disneyland, in Florida.

Mummy says a holiday like that would help us to make some amazing memories.   

When daddy told me that the charity were going to take us on the holiday  I was really happy. 

Every year they take 25 very poorly children like me on the holiday so I feel really lucky to be going.  

Mummy says that there will be lots of doctors on the holiday to look after me and the other children.

She also said that there will be 40 volunteers to help everyone around the parks.  

Daddy told me that this makes it very expensive to take us and it will cost the charity £12,000 for each family.

Mummy and daddy are worried that they might not be able to get all the money for the holiday so we want to help raise some.   

I really want to go because I love Disney films and all the different characters. I can't wait to meet them.

Sometimes I get upset because I can't do some of the things my friends can do and this makes me sad.

I hope I can go so please help me to raise the money I need.
