Helicopter-led emergency medical services (HEMS) was a new acronym to me too, until the day my Dad passed away. Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC) responded amazingly on the day, and so I'm doing my little bit to help them out.

In order for MAAC to keep providing their services, they need funding, especially as they do not receive any NHS or NHS Charities Together funding.

I'm running London Marathon on 23rd April 2023, and at the same time I'd love to raise as much money as possible for MAAC.
