After an inspirational day at the London Marathon and an afternoon drinking, a few friends and myself thought it would be a good idea to sign up for a half marathon - this was purely pub talk and never in a million years was a serious when I said I would do it.

However, here i am, 5 months later paid, signed up and ready to run!  We have all decided to run for the charity SCOPE as it is a charity that is very special to us all, so therefore we would ask you if you would kindly sponsor us as much as you can afford. The money is going straight to SCOPE and if you click gift aid, your donation will not be taxed and more money will be donated to the charity at no extra cost to you!
