Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing a skydive the day after my 31st Birthday in aid of Rethink Mental illness. 

I work for this wonderful charity and they do lots of good work to help people with mental health issues in various different settings. 

I find my job very rewarding and I love to know I am helping people in my daily work. 

I am really terrified of heights so this will be quite the challenge for me and I will be vlogging the day and recording the experience. 

The person who inspired me to do this skydive as I have thought about it for ages but have never actually committed to it, booked it and taken the plunge …literally!

This person is...

Emma Kenny - She is a criminal psychologist, tv presenter and she does so much good work in the way of mental health wellbeing, help/advocacy and support and she is my inspiration and role model and I'm lucky enough to regard her as a friend. She keeps saying to challenge yourself and say yes to things that scare you ..so here we are. 

This is going to be both terrifying and exciting and I will take you along for the ride by documenting the day and there will be pictures as well.
