The decision to run the Great South Run came from many influences the main on being for those who have sadly lost someone or been affected by the disease. 

Also it was part of my news years resolution to complete a half marathon (or something similar) before the end of the year, I feel that this is a great opportunity to try and fulfil this whilst raising money for a an amazing charity that help save lives! Together we can beat Cancer!
