I'm completing the Active Warrior race in Southampton on Saturday 1st July to raise money for Tony who has recently had a heart transplant at Harefield Hospital. The care Tony received at Harefield Hospital has been fantastic, and all his family and friends are thankful for their continuing support in aiding his rehabilitation.
