At LV Huddersfield we have supported the great work that the Holme Valley Mountain Rescue have done. Unfortunately they have had a recent break in and in an effort to raise some much needed funds we wanted to do a sponsored walk.
Leaving the "Rat and Ratchet" pub we intend to walk over 7 miles to the Mountain Rescue base. Below is the link to the story of the break in.
