Charity Appeal for The Vine Centre

The Vine Centre who have been helping the less fortunate and vulnerable in this community for the last 33 years.

In response to the ongoing pandemic situation, the services provided by the Vine Centre have been over stretched and seriously challenged. They had to put a stop to all their support sessions and social gatherings. However, they are providing telephone-based support for those members of the community who are isolated, worried, depressed and in need of someone to reassure them. At the same time, they are also conducting COVID complaint home visits to support the vulnerable.

In addition, The Vine Dining has been involved in catering for the community, preparing and cooking in the
region of 400 meals a week. These meals are sent out as part of food parcels to vulnerable and isolated people in our local
community.
