Every day of the year, your local air ambulance (Warwickshire & Northamptonshire) is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day. We receive no government funding for our daily missions. Your support keeps us flying.

Story

It's the tenth anniversary of Worldflight and of course this special year I cannot let this event go by.
As usual, I will travel to Coventry to join the crew of the Boeing 747-400 installed at the first floor of John's house. It may sound silly, but we do fly this full-size flight deck simulator in real time around the world with a crew of about ten people. And we're joined in the virtual skies by eight other full-size simulators, and dozens of smaller sims. Plus air traffic controllers, who keep the circus safe (ha!).
This means seven full days and nights of quite realistic operations, not to be taken lightly.
Our usual charity is the Air Ambulance, and all your donations will go straight to them. They do need it, really. Thanks for anything you can spare!
