On Saturday 12 July 2014, both Phil and Karen will be completing the Jenson Button Trust Triathlon in aid of Cancer Research UK.
This is the day after what would've been our sister-in-laws 42nd birthday. Ruth bravely fought breast cancer, but the cancer returned and we lost her in January 2013.
We have to continue the fight against cancer - for those who have fought and lost, for those who have fought and won, for those you continue to fight.
