We at the Hornet Alehouse are looking to raise money for Aspens, a charity that gives great support to our son who has autism along with many others.  We have a Birthday Beer Festival from April 21st - 24th and on the final day a number of our wonderful regulars will join us on an 18-mile walk around the Octagon Way, which meanders around a number of West Sussex Downland villages to the NW of Chichester where our great little micropub is located. As well as the walk one of our other close friends who has helped us throughout our journey at The Hornet, Nick Little, will be raising money for another great cause as he sets off to cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats on Saturday 23rd April.  His fundraising page can be found at http://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/nick-doddie5

In addition to our physical challenges, on April 22nd at the pub we will be hosting a charity auction with all proceeds going to both of our charities.
