On Saturday 30th May at 9am, I will be hosting a charity zoom Pilates class to raise money for Princess Alice Hospice. Those of you that know me will know that cancer sadly has affected us in the worse way possible. Although we didn't come under the care of Princess Alice, I have since been made aware of the brilliant work that they do.

Prior to lockdown, I visited Princess Alice Hospice in Esher a couple of times to meet some of their team to see if I could offer support to families going through what we went through.

Since lockdown, they have seen their charitable donations drop drastically. They really need  these donations to keep the hospice running. So I have chosen to support families with no hope but are in desperate need of a hand to hold.
