On 4 December 2020 The fabulous Hospice at Home team will be walking 10 miles to raise funds for the Rowans Hospice.  This service offers end of life care in the home and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patients get to remain in familiar surroundings supported by their loved ones.

As the charity continues to face unprecedented financial losses in the wake of the COVID19 pandemic your support would be greatly appreciated.
