This year, to celebrate my 80th birthday, and with the help of the Hospice Angels, I am committed to raising £1,000 for every year of my life.

I started fundraising on my 60th birthday and chose to give the money to St Michael's.

In 2003 and with my motorcycling friends we formed the Hospice Angels. By the end of 2015, and after riding thousands of miles across 19 countries the Angels have raised £320,000.

During the past 20 years, I have sat at the bedside of some close friends, and I have witnessed Hospice nurses care for them with the most remarkable compassion.

Please join me and show your support of St Michael's and help me and my amazing Angels reach our target of £80,000.

Together we can make a difference and help our Hospice to continue care for patients and their families living in Herefordshire and the surrounding area
