We are going to run the British 10k London Run!!

I know it's not the London Marathon but we are not runners (really not runners!) so this is quite a challenge!

We are doing this because Hospiscare is 25 this year and we want to help ensure that it can carry on giving free, specialist care and support to the terminally ill and their families for at least another 25 years!
