We help people diagnosed with a brain tumour. We aim to give everyone diagnosed access to the resources that will put them back in control. We enable brain tumour patients and carers to become resilient and to utilise brain tumour support resources from all providers to their full potential.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

At 9am on Good Friday I will start running laps of the 2.2 mile perimeter of Sefton Park in Liverpool and, with the exception of pit stops (and no doubt some walking!), will continue for 24 hours. It is daunting and will be a huge challenge, but it pales into insignificance when compared to being diagnosed with a brain tumour.

A brain tumour diagnosis brings with it the double impact of a cancer diagnosis and a progressively debilitating neurological disease. Brainstrust's vision is for everyone with a brain tumour to feel less afraid, less alone and more in control.

By undertaking this challenge I hope to raise money for this fabulous charity and your support, regardless of size, is very much appreciated.

Thank you.
