We are team Hot Nutz and we are taking part in the 7km assault course of The Nuts Challenge in order to raise money for the Firefighters Charity. We have decided to make this challenge a little bit more interesting by wearing Fire gear and carrying a rescue dummy over as many of the obstacles as we can feasibly manage.

This amazing Charity provides invaluable care for Firefighters in their time of need and following the Grenfell Tower incident in London they have been working overtime to support those who need them.
