Hello....So a 5k relay taking in the olympic stadium was an opportunity not to be missed. We needed a crack unit of runners who we happy to run 5k, but also raise money for MIND but we needed a hook. That hook is horror movies..we are all horror movie fans and we created a horror band running team. Mental health issues are something we all agreed was a case that needs continual awareness for and running for MIND we are doing what we can to raise for such a worthy cause. 

To paraphrase a great movie quote “I have come here to chew bubblegum and run…and we're all out of bubblegum.”
