In a moment of madness we signed up to doing a triathlon atBlenheimPalace in Oxfordshire in June.  We'll be swimming 750m across the lake in our fetching wetsuits, cycling 20km then finishing off with a 5k run.

We're doing it for "Care for the Family" which is a great charity that helps people with advice and support in such areas as parenting, marriage, raising teenagers and other life challenges.
