A group of hardy Howden employees are
taking part in the Big Bath Sleep Out to raise much needed funds for South West based homeless charity, Julian House.

On Friday 3^rd March, Toby Allen, Lucy Woodford, Becky Roberts, Shannon Beddoes, Andy Cowley & Ellis Richards (not in the photo) will be sleeping under the stars in Alice Park in Bath with nothing more than a sleeping bag and some cardboard to keep themselves warm.

This represents a huge challenge for the team and something
that is taking them well outside of their comfort zones. Some of them have been known to wear their coats indoors in July, so this is really going to be a real test!

As you sit in your homes on the night of Friday 3^rd
March, think of this team, but more importantly, think of those who face sleeping under the stars each and every night.

Last year Julian House provided life-changing support to
over 1,600 vulnerable individuals who were experiencing, or at risk of,
homelessness across Bath, Bristol and the South West.

It is a grim realisation, that without support like that
offered by Julian House, the life expectancy of a long-term homeless person is just 44 years.
