I was approached by a Hywelian, Sarah McJennett, to hold a fundraising tea in memory of her friend, Liz McGahey, who died at the end of last year.  

Liz's sister Cathryn McGahey, and her two daughters are delighted that Liz is going to be remembered in this way and have asked that any money raised goes to Marie Curie who were such a support to their family.  

They have also requested that the event is also in memory of other members of the Howell’s community who have passed away recently as we have had a number of families who have been affected.
