Story
I am doing the UK Ironman in Bolton on the 1st of August 2010 and trying to raise money for a very worthwhile charity - British Redcross.
The Ironman consists of a 3.8k swim, 112mile bike ride (which now has the reputation as one of the toughest
courses on the IM circuit) and a nice little marathon at the end.
It would be great if you could donate something to support my charity. Any amount would be gratefully appreciated.
