Garden Re-Leaf Day, Hozelock has pledged to take on the One Million
Steps Challenge throughout March 2021!
Why are we supporting Greenfingers?
Greenfingers is a national charity dedicated to supporting life-limited children who spend time in hospices around the UK, along with their families, by creating inspiring gardens for them to play in and benefit from.
Like so many other charities, Greenfingers Charity saw a downturn in its income in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, their hospice waiting list has grown ever longer as the therapeutic benefits of spending time outside, close to nature has been recognised by the nation.
By taking part in Garden Re-Leaf Day, Greenfingers’ national fundraising event, you will be helping to ensure that thousands more life-limited children and their families who spend time in hospices across the UK can benefit from magical and inspiring outside spaces.
We want to Help Greenfingers raise awareness for the great work they are doing for life-limited kids as well as highlighting the physical and mental benefits of spending time outdoors.
