Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have persuaded some of my lovely HSBC colleagues to join me on this years London to Brighton Action Challenge trek whereby we shall aim to complete, as a team, the 100km walk within 30 hours.

This is no Sunday jaunt in the park by any means.

We will kick off around 7.30am on Saturday 29 May and cover the 100km distance (including 1500m elevations) stopping for only water, food and to look after our feet and bodies.

We shall be walking through the night at which time not only are our bodies feeling the cold and strain, our mental strength is challenged to breaking point.

Our chosen charity this year is HELP COUNSELLING. Located in West London, Help Counselling service has been supporting the local community for over 30 years, providing affordable and professional talking therapies and counselling services, focusing on all aspects of Mental Health which is a key focus within our own Well Being initiatives.
