I'm taking part in the Captain Tom 100 challenge to support the incredible staff and patients at my local NHS hospital in Bristol. In commemoration of the inspiring charitable work of Captain Tom, we are aiming to each do a minimum of 100 flights of stairs per week at Southmead. I would be extremely grateful if you could support me as I take on my own version of Captain Tom's challenge, starting on what would have been his 101st birthday on 30 April 2021.
