Story

Hugh sadly passed away on the 31st March 2020 following a short but vigorous tussle with Bowel Cancer.

Despite his relatively young age of 58 years he lived a full and adventurous life and one in which he loved and was loved. He spent the last week of his life in Severn Hospice with Karen, Rory and Finn.

The family will be forever grateful for that final week of memories where Hugh walked through the gardens in the sunshine free from the symptoms that had plagued him in recent weeks.

In Hugh’s memory, and in lieu of flowers, the family are seeking to raise funds for two charities: Cancer Research UK and Severn Hospice.
