On the weekend of Friday 3rd June I will be completing the 'Football to Amsterdam Challenge'; a 150 mile cycle-ride, to raise money for, and to raise awareness of, the Prostate Cancer UK Charity. 

Whilst this has been motivated by the sad loss of a former team-mate, Ian Mounser, earlier this year, the donations are to support the charity in the great work it is doing to fight the wider challenge of prostate cancer.
