I've decided to take up a new challenge - riding long distances both on and off road!

To kick this off, i'm doing my longest ever ride on a road bike on Sunday 17th September from London to Portsmouth. Its a mega 135 miles with a ton of big hills to climb - so i expect it'll be a whopping 9 hour ride!

Then, the very next Saturday (24th September) I'll be swapping bikes and biking a mega 71 miles off-road from London to Brighton - which i expect will take a whopping 9 hours aswell! 

These rides are both to support British Heart Foundation whose great work is to fight Britain (and probably the world's) No. 1 Killer - coronary heart disease
