As a Rugby club, Hull Ionians believe in creating a community for all, and providing an environment for any individual to enjoy Rugby but more importantly an environment where they feel safe and where it is ok to talk.

In 2021 one of our players David Laverick lost his dad, Eddie, after a battle with mental health. We have decided as a collective community to take part in movember to raise money for andysmanclub, a charity which is working to break down the stigma around mens mental health. We are hoping that we can raise awareness and money for andysmanclub and at the same time remember Eddie.

We very much appreciate any donation big or small.
