Most of you who know me know about the weight-loss journey I've been on. Part of keeping 400+ lbs off my poor frame is staying active & my employers are hosting a 5K. Ok, count me in. Then when I find out the top fundraiser gets a paid day off work?! I'm all in now. Please help contribute to me having a day where I can be lazy on the time clock & oh yeah you'll get good karma credits for helping out such an amazing organization. 

CABVI's Yes You Can 5K is an event where people of all ages and abilities come together to support the important work of our agency. The funds raised from the 5K directly benefit CABVI's services for people with vision loss and highlights the abilities of people who are blind or visually impaired as they run or walk the racecourse along with everyone else from the community. In 2020, we served nearly 5,000 clients, including many people with financial need who were unable to pay for their services and equipment.
