Story

Humphreys Lantern Walk raises funds to make a difference for every child, every day at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. Things are a bit different this year - we're going virtual! Take a walk around your local park & watch your lanterns twinkle!

As I can't walk due to my Spina Bifida, I'll be using my orange scoot to help me roll through the walk.

We just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone for their support and generosity. Just some additional information- Sam will be participating in Humphrey's lantern walk with his team.

All money raised will go directly to Royal Manchester Children's Hospital to ward 78.

Ward 78 is a mixed speciality surgical ward. They care for patients who need care from the following teams; Neurosurgeons, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Spinal surgeons and ENT.

They have saved the lives of many babies and children who have Spina Bifida and Hydro. They have at times been a home away from home and greatly deserve the recognition. Brain surgery is up there with rocket science. These specialist, doctors and nurses deserve thanks for all they do.
