This year i am taking part in a 24 hour AMRAP at my gym! (24amrap (24houramrap.com)

On the 10th June an amazing team of 6 will be completing 24 hours of 24 different exercises, to raise money for Hospice in the Weald. I know this hospice is close to home for me and lot of my  close friends so any form of donation is always greatly appreciated 💛🫶🏼
