Some of you will know that I like to try and take on an 'event' a year. Given that Caroline and I got married this year time to train for anything has been limited so I've decided to take on a half marathon at what is my lowest ebb in fitness ever I think. 

Usually I am an off road runner so pounding the mean streets of London will be a new experience, on my legs mainly.
