MORE WALKERS WANTED

 

The 6th London Legal Sponsored Walk will take place on Monday 17th May 2010 at 17:30.

The purpose of the Walk is to raise money to support legal advice centres in London and its surrounding areas.  Under the current economic climate, these charities will be finding it more difficult than ever to raise money.  However, more and more people will be needing their help.

If the above cannot convince you to join the Walk, there is the added bonus in that all walkers get given a free drink voucher at the end of the Walk, redeemable at the Law Society bar or Knight’s Templar, where there is entertainment provided (including magicians and stilt walking jugglers)!  Even if you cannot participate, please do sponsor us.

Walk leaders include The Lord Chief Justice, The Master of the Rolls, the presidents of the Law Society and ILEX and the chair of the Bar Council.   It is not too late to add your name to the list…
