Glynis is taking part in the CEO Sleepout at the York Rececourse  on 16th April 2018 to raise fund to support this great charity fighting homelessness and poverty across the UK.  

The Charity's actions are funded with money raised by executives who sleep outdoors for one night to raise sponsorship from their business contacts and friends. Any support to the cause would be greatly appreciated. 

Changing Lives is a national, registered charity which provides specialist support for thousands of vulnerable people and their families, every month.

Through their pioneering and innovative work, they support people to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

The service they deliver in York is based on a highly effective model which Changing Lives has pioneered and has been running in the North East since 2009.

Oaktrees York is an abstinence-based day treatment centre for men and women who want to be free from drugs and alcohol. The aim is to help people to stop the cycle of addiction. Changing Lives run a 12-week programme at our centre in Bowes Morrell House in York. Oaktrees York is not residential, they provide a full-time treatment programme during weekdays.
